Marion CC seeking a playing coach for the 2018/19 season.

The Marion Cricket Club is seeking expressions of interest for a playing coach for the 2018/19 season.

 The club currently fields 3 senior teams in the ATCA two day competition (grades A2, B2 and C2) and 2 senior teams in the ATCA limited over competition (grades LO5 and LO6). The club also fields 7 junior teams (ATCA U17, U15, U14, U12 and U10) and hosts Milo In2Cricket, Milo T20 Blast and Kanga-Cricket.

 Awarded ATCA Club of the Year for the 2017/18 season, the Marion Cricket Club boasts outstanding playing and clubroom facilities, including turf training facilities, which are unrivalled in the ATCA competition.

 The Marion Cricket Club is focused on continual improvement and success in all grades, and building a leadership structure that assists in the transition of junior cricketers into senior cricket. The successful applicant will become an integral part of these goals and should possess the following attributes:

  • Level 1 (minimum) coaching accreditation (we will assist if not currently held)
  • Grade cricket experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong leadership skills

The Marion Cricket Club is willing to negotiate an attractive remuneration package for the right applicant.
